After the Cap& Gown: Preparing for the future for students with I/DD

Preparing for the future for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are facing the transition from school to adult services. 

For parents and caregivers of teens and young adults, age 13-21, who meet the eligibility criteria and will be seeking services from for the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) upon high school graduation. 

Topics covered will include: what services will be available to young adults when they transition from school to adult services and how to advocate for school and adult services for your child or loved one with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
