- What steps do I take to ensure I have the legal right to continue to make critical decisions about child’s life and safety once he/she turns 18?
Should I become my child’s Guardian? Conservator? What are the implications of my choice?
What steps do I need to take to secure my child’s financial future once I am gone?
What is a special needs trust?
How can I save for my child’s future without disrupting their benefits?
- How can I save for my child’s future when I can’t even save for my own?
If you have a child with special needs who is approaching adulthood you need to have these questions answered.
