Return/Refund Policy

At The Arc Connecticut, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policies below for different types of transactions.

1. Physical Products

We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at cscully@thearcct.org with your order details.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

2. Event Tickets

Event tickets purchased through our website are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Arc Connecticut. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or a transfer to a future event.

3. Donations & Sponsorships

Donations & Sponsorships made through the Site are final and non-refundable, except in cases of error. If an error occurred during the donation process, please contact us immediately for assistance.

4. Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current membership term, and no refunds will be issued for the unused portion.
