Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Arc Connecticut. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

We process orders within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping through UPS for orders within the United States. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items ordered. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Arc Connecticut is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at cscully@thearcct.org for assistance.
