Government Benefits for Your Loved One With Special Needs

THIS WORKSHOP IS SPONSORED BY THE ARC EASTERN CONNECTICUT AND
PRESENTED BY STUART HAWKINS OF FUTURESPLANNED, LLC.

This workshop is free of charge for people with I/DD and families who are involved with planning for a loved one with a disability. This workshop will provide a greater understanding of the various government benefits available to your loved one.  It will discuss in detail how to qualify, maximize, and preserve benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability (SSDI), Medicaid, Medicare, and the ABLE Act.

Stuart Hawkins has been a financial advisor for 28 years, with a focus and passion for Special Needs Planning (SNP) since 2005. His journey as the parent of a young adult with special challenges enables him to offer in-depth knowledge, compassion, and experience. He has presented workshops to over 70 organizations throughout the state of CT.
