The State We’re In—A Video Series

Dear Friends of the Arc CT:

As President of  the Arc CT Board of Directors, I have developed a video series about the dire situation impacting Connecticut’s nonprofits and the Direct Service Providers who care for the state’s residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. 

The first installment, now on YouTube, chronicles the state’s revenue surpluses and lack of attention to this vulnerable population and includes a call to action at the end.

The second video now available looks at the state’s focus on state employee pension debt-and its determination to spend every dollar it can on that debt, shredding the social safety net.
