Arc of Greater New Haven is a private non-profit organization founded in 1952. The Arc specializes in non-vocational day support programs for adults. Transportation may also be provided.

The Arc of Greater New Haven has program sites in Milford, Hamden, and North Haven. The Arc is committed to supporting people to achieve their personal goals, to exercise their rights, to express their unique cultural identity, to experience respect and to lead a healthy and safe life.

The Arc of Greater New Haven programs are provided in an environment that enriches lives and exemplifies the practice of treating others as we would like to be treated. We try to put a more human face on human services. This requires us to see each person as an individual and try to respond to the needs, hopes and abilities of that individual. We have worked to create a culture in which all people are accepted for who they are.
